I am in little behind on posts because it has been a long weekend of preparation for my Memorial Day throw down. Have an pretty large array of meats for the day and wanted to show some photos of whats marinading. I’ve got 2 pork shoulders, 3 racks of baby back ribs, and about 20 chicken breasts that have been marinading for just over 24 hrs. My shoulders are already going and my ribs will go on about 10 for 4 hours at 275. My next post will be full of photos from the day.
